At Temple Beth Or, Makor is a joyful and enriching space where children, teens, and families come together to explore Jewish heritage, values, and traditions. Through engaging lessons, music, art, and community, we help students build a strong Jewish identity and connection to Torah, mitzvot, and the Jewish people.
Our Programs
🧒 Preschool–Grade 2
Hands-on learning through stories, songs, crafts, and holiday celebrations that introduce young children to Jewish life and values.
👦 Grades 3–7
Interactive classes that explore Torah, Hebrew, Jewish history, and ethics, preparing students for B’nai Mitzvah and beyond.
🧑 Teen Learning (Grades 8–12)
Discussion-based sessions on Jewish identity, Israel, social justice, and leadership, with opportunities for volunteering and mentorship.
