Education is for all ages at
Temple Beth Or
When I talk to people about our school the first word that comes to mind Is Ruach. Ruach means spirit and it is the core of what we are about at Temple Beth Or Religious School. As you enter our doors, you can feel it. Each teacher brings a unique and special energy to our classrooms. They see their work as an opportunity to facilitate our student’s creative and original explorations of Judaism.
Judaism is a vibrant living religion. Our rituals, stories and prayers are meaningful and carry enormous potential to help us engage thoughtfully with each other and the world. That drives our goals and curriculum. That opens us to the great possibilities of engaging our student’s minds, bodies, and spirits. Judaism comes alive each Sunday. So together, we will learn to live Jewishly. With great Ruach, we begin this great adventure.
B'Shalom,
Rabbi David Burstein
