Temple Beth Or Religious School October 12, 2008“Don’t worry about a thing cause every little thing is gonna’ be alright.” The tune to this amazing Bob Marley song kept running through my head this morning. Part of it was because we just had a great Bob Marley rendition of the Jonah story on Thursday but a huge reason is that this could really be our theme song at Temple Beth Or’s religious school. On a day when we were short teachers due to illness, trips and other unforeseen events we all pulled together and had a great day.

Temple Beth Or Religious School October 12, 2008Thank you to all who helped us and made the day fun, excitingand educational. From wandering nomadic kindergarteners to a giant lulav and etrog made by the sixth grade we are doing some great work. In a morning of Golems, X Files, and the Matrix as a spiritual teaching tool this place was awesome once again. We are so blessed with the best teachers and best parents. Thank you all for another great morning.

Be well,

Rabbi David Burstein

Won't You Join Us?

Temple Beth Or Religious School October 12, 2008There is a lot going on in the halls at TBO. This morning we saw edible sukkahs being created, great decorations hand made with care for our very own TBO sukkah, the creation of Jewish Super Heros (in conjunction with learning about the Golem) and lots more.

Parents, we have free wifi, and coffee, bagels and juice are always at the ready at Cafe Or. Stay a while - linger, read a book, visit with other parents or just enjoy the happy energy from within the hallways of our school.
